Fighting World

The world become battle ground for some people. Some seem chasing disputes while other try to prevent it. So long as we all don't have a common platform to live in peacefully, such unwanted battles won't end in this world. Syria is currently under spotlight for few months now. Last week shoot down of Turkey's Jet raised world's policing bodies such as UN & NATO's concern and make them intervene. In south china sea, it has been long time dispute among claimant countries. Yesterday, China ship rammed Philippine fishing boat that claim one dead and four still missing. China said it's accident while Philippine claim it sign of bulliness. Anyway this latest incident make already existing tension hotter. My country is not exception when it come to violence. Other than usual ethnic conflicts in northern part of Burma, we got fresh riot between our ethnic Rakhine and stateless Rohingya. The government has shown highest tolerance in the on-going riot to the world. Why are we fighting each other? How do we stop these wars? The truth fact is, with current rate, we need one and half world to feed our people properly. No wonder people keep fighting for new Territory. It is somehow sad to learn that there are some people in this world that has no citizenship. Not only Rohingya but some Burmese who were born in Thailand border refugee camps. There might be some more that I do not notice and aware of other part of world. At the end of the day, as the creek in the poem said, men may come and men may go, but I go on forever. How about our world? Does he adapt the concept of the creek toward fighting people? I am not sure.....
