Who is real victim?

I am appalling to read a Singaporean man's post in local website saying that how he is employing terrific maid from Myanmar and wanted to share his know-how life experience to his fellow citizens to avoid similar one. He introduced the maid as a young woman from rural area and even don't know how to open the car's doors. He also accused her of not understanding his command for work though her agent indicated her English skill score 3 out of 5. He replays how they were disappointing by her wrongful action as a result of either don't understanding English or over acting. He doubt himself that when he receive her smile after scolding her. The story ended by fatal fall death of the maid. According to him, the maid used a chair and jump out of his flat room while he is reading at the living room.

The post is apparent doesn't success as he expected. I find no positive comment from his fellow citizen. As the way he writes, he is victim of the maid death, instead of showing his regret for not grilling the windows or compassionate to surviving family members. People uses harsh words to hit back and I am frustrated by his presentation for one's death. I am sure he is facing the sentence for maid death and trying to mitigate their punishment. There is no kinder words nor mercy for maid dad. The maid is also human being and she has a heart. The man failed to teach her properly and pointed his fingers to others easily. I am no wonder to see Singapore is recently ranked that world's emotionless city.
