Inconsiderate flatmate

IT is real that having an inconsiderate flatmate make us getting additional unwanted pressure at home. Enough is enough. We have been struggling with our work pressure and nobody want another form of pressure at home. However, we can't afford to avoid sometime as flat rental come expensive and need to share with others to share accommodation cost. I am generally satisfy with my current flat in term of usual mess at house. It is tolerable at home compare to other flat stories my colleagues are facing at. But it is never perfect to have all flatmates are considerate in realistic. 

I'm staying 3 rooms flat and there are 6 six flatmates, two each room. All are engineers except one IT professional. All educated person, 1 PhD, 2 Master, 3 Bachelor. As usual, there is always exceptional one. IT guy is not a considerate person. He use utensils and never wash it. Leave it on the table with much messy, dirty plates make other people upset. Use washing machine, and leave all clothes for few days without thinking of next user. Not bad enough? Use toilet and frequently forget to flush. And frequently find step on the toilet seat cover that make me really disappointed. I can't understand how did he gets master degree. May be education and considerate are not the same department. He never mop at home but make things messy easily. We all are young professional and don't want to clash each other. It would be better if people make sure they don't leave their mess behind so that other people can instantly use the limited place. But it is easier said than done and will continue to happen.

We need to raise our living standard if we are about to rate ourselves as professional. Sorry, without consideration manner, I cannot see you educated professional, no matter what kind of degree you are obtaining. May all immigrant workers able to free from the troubles by flatmates.
